Terms:

• Sold as is* (We may negotiate changes or additions for an additional fee/commission**)
• Intellectual Property (IP) rights to use my work, in accordance with these Terms, transfer to the purchaser upon sale
• In the case of a chargeback or refund***, you revoke all IP rights to use my work and I will reserve the right to re-sell the model
• Model can be used for monetized streams and videos
• You are allowed to make changes to the model after you purchase it, but please credit me for the original model/rig
• My art may not be used for merchandise, logos, or NFTs
• Contact me first if you need to re-sell the model; otherwise, I prohibit the unauthorized re-sale of the model

*If the model functionally breaks, please contact me. However, most common issues should be fixable by changing your settings in VTube Studio

**I have the right to refuse additional commissions

Excluding the restrictions listed in the ToS for using my art, you basically have all rights to the character and model once you purchase it (unless you make a chargeback), including making modifications to the model/rig. You can commission or create other artwork of the character for whatever purpose you want; please just credit me for the original model/rig while you are using it.

• Original size PSD + Upscaled PSD (to make pixel art edits to the model, add your changes to the original file and then resize it by 200%)
